A $4,000 generator was stolen from Brunch Holiday food truck.

CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - A generator was stolen from a food truck on Thursday morning, North Charleston police say.

North Charleston deputies say Brunch Holiday is now missing their Honda 6500 generator after someone stole it from the truck which was located in the 5600 block of Rivers Avenue.

The victim told police the food truck is parked at the location each night and the generator was missing from the back of the truck once he arrived Thursday morning.

“A bike lock was used to secure the generator but the lock was cut and no other method of attachment was used on the generator,” the victim said to NCPD in a police report.

The food truck’s generator is worth $4,000.
