Police: Railroad arms on Ashley Phosphate Road working again
Many railroad crossings on the north side of Paragould do not have crossing arms or lights.

CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - North Charleston police say the railroad arms at Ashley Phosphate Road and South Rail are working again after they were stuck in the down position in both directions Friday morning.

The arms were down for roughly 30 minutes causing severe backups during rush hour.
