Oceanside falls in 2-A baseball state finals, 4-2 to Landrum

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - Oceanside Collegiate’s first trip to the 2-A state finals in baseball came to an end on Wednesday night as the Landsharks dropped game 2 of the series to top ranked Landrum, 4-2 to bring their season to an end.
The win gives the Cardinals the state title after their win in game 1 on Monday.
Gray Sobel had the only RBI of the game for the Landsharks who left 9 runners on base during the day.
