DORCHESTER COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) - An early-morning crash shut down all eastbound lanes of I-26 for several hours Saturday.
The crash was reported at approximately 3:12 a.m., according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
The lanes reopened at approximately 10:20 a.m., more than seven hours after the incident was reported.
Lance Cpl. Matt Southern said the crash involved injuries and warned drivers should expect delays in the area.
Authorities have not yet released further details on what caused the crash or the extent of injuries.
