CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - Several roads closed in downtown Charleston Tuesday morning as the area flooded during high tide.
Tide peaked at 11 a.m. and many traditional problem areas saw standing water.
Broad Street at Ashley Avenue and Hagood between Fishburne and Flood Street were among the first to close.
Police are asking drivers to use caution on the roads and to avoid going around barriers.
