HANAHAN, S.C. (WCSC) - A $2,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the return of a puppy stationed at a firehouse in Hanahan.

“Ash” is an 8-month-old blue pitbull presumed to have left Hanahan Fire Station #1 on Campbell Street sometime after 11 p.m. on Wednesday. He had previously been rescued by a firefighter from a nearby swamp.

A $1,000 reward from Pet Helpers’ is being matched by Battalion Chief Lee Bailey. Possible sightings can be reported to Hanahan Fire Station #1 at (843) 926-2830.
