CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - The Charleston Police Department responded Friday morning after a body was reported at a West Ashley bus stop.

The body was found at approximately 7:37 a.m. at a bus stop along Charlie Hall Boulevard near Glenn McConnell Parkway, police spokesman Charles Francis said.

Police say there were no visible signs of trauma to the body.

The Charleston County Coroner’s Office will determine the cause of death, Francis said.
