CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - Cool high pressure is taking over after a cold front has moved well east and a taste of Fall is back in the air! Cold front #2 will arrive Tuesday afternoon leading to another drop in temperatures for midweek. Highs will be around 55 to 60 degrees on Wednesday. Mornings will get cooler as the week wears on with temps in the 40s tomorrow morning and many inland spots in the 30s by Thursday morning. A warm up begins on Friday with mild temperatures in the 70s by the weekend.
