CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - All retail stores at the North Charleston Tanger Outlets stores say they will be opening for Black Friday shoppers.
This year, all Tanger outlet stores across the nation were closed on Thanksgiving Day, but the outlet chain says they have some extra safety protocols in place today for shoppers.
Tanger Outlets managers say they have been busy prepping for the big shopping weekend. They say they’re encouraging all guests to follow state and local health guidelines.
Individual stores at the Tanger Outlets have their own safety protocols in place for people coming inside their stores, like their own face covering requirements.
Many also have their own sanitization stations, reduced occupancy numbers for inside stores. They say plan to be frequently sanitizing fitting rooms and other surfaces as well.
Reports say all Tanger employees were provided with masks and all employees will be required to wear their masks while on the premises.
All shoppers and visitors are encouraged to wear their masks while on site.
All Tanger retail stores open at 6 a.m. Friday and will be closing at 9 p.m.
