CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a domestic stabbing incident that left two people injured Saturday morning.

Just after 8:00, Charleston County deputies responded to a reported stabbing at the 10000 block of Highway 78. Deputies say a man went to a hospital with a stab wound but is expected to survive.

A woman also suffered bruising and lacerations.  No charges have been made at this time.
