Clemson vs. South Carolina men’s basketball game postponed

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WCSC) - Saturday’s men’s basketball game between Clemson and South Carolina has been postponed as the Gamecocks continue a pause on their program after receiving multiple positive COVID-19 tests last week.

The game is the 3rd South Carolina has had to postpone in the last week joining last Thursday’s home game against Wofford and Monday’s road game at George Washington.

South Carolina said in a statement they’ll determine at a later date if it will be possible to reschedule the in-state rivalry match up against the Tigers.

The next game on the Gamecocks schedule is December 23rd at home against South Carolina State. Clemson will open ACC play on Tuesday against Virginia Tech.
