CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - The 2020 high school football season brought several unforgettable moments... tonight we count down our Top 10 plays from the season...

Starting us off at number 10... we head to Moncks Corner... Berkeley hosting Fort Dorchester.. Zolton Osborne heaves one up for Keith Desassure...Watch him break the defenders ankles on his way to the endzone... the Patriots go on to win 57-to-32...

At number nine... this may look like a standard Jahleel Porter touchdown... but you need to read the box score from this game... the West Ashley running back rushed for over 300 yards and six touchdowns in a win over Stratford... he’d finish the season with over 13-hundred yards on the ground...

To number eight... we go to Goose Creek... regular season finale between the Gators and Summerville... these long-time rivals went into overtime... and in O-T...David Cannady hits the 33-yard field goal to give the Gators the victory... Goose Creek would lose the following week to Carolina Forest..

Moving on to number seven... we go back to Week 2... Academic Magent at Bishop England... Bishops deep in their own territory... watch Marco Pampu shake... and bake... and take this ball 84 yards for the touchdown... those pink socks definitely gave him some extra juice... Bishops go on to win 41-to-14...

In at number six... the defense at First Baptist was a forced to be reckoned with all season... they scored nearly as many points as the Hurricane offense...against Ben Lippen.. First Baptist returned two picks for scores.. this one from Kaine Moses... the Hurricane’s season would get cut short due to a positive COVID-19 test..

On to the back half now... at number five... St John’s Christian made the jump to 11-man football this season... and reached the playoffs... here against Calhoun Academy...watch Nai’Ryan Bookert tuck it and run... 70 yards up the sideline for the score... the Cavalier would lose in the next round to Lee Academy...

Number four... back to Goose Creek... James Levine is no stranger to making highlight-worthy plays... this one against Wando is something else.. check out this one-handed grab for the touchdown... don’t know how he held on to that one... Goose Creek goes on to win 34-to-24...

At number three... if you thought that last catch was sick... check this one out... Cole Strickland of OCeanside making the back-shoulder grab... bobbles the ball and somehow comes down with it... incredible concentraton... the Landsharsks season also cut short due to COVID-19...

Coming in at number two... a special teams play... maybe the game of the season between Fort Dorchester and Summerville... Green Wave fake the punt... Michael Jenkins makes the grab and he’ll weave his way 56-yards for the touchdown... the Patriots would make a furious comeback and win 35-to-34...

And our top play of 2020 takes us to James Island... Cornell Stanley survived a horrific car accident in 2014... he always dreamed of scoring one more touchdown...and he got that chance against Bishop England... Stanley gets the standing ovation from the crowd... that is our top play of 2020..
