CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - Dorchester School District 2 says they will providing two free meals a week for students taking part in their e-learning model.

School officials say meals will be distributed at five school sites while DD2 instruction goes virtual following winter break.

Meal service will be provided curbside at Alston Middle School, Oakbrook Middle School and Dubose Middle School, but officials say Summerville High School and Fort Dorchester High School will also be providing meals.

Distribution will start at 10 a.m. and extend till 1 p.m., but officials say meals will also be delivered by school bus to more than a dozen locations found on DD2′s website.
