CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) - The Charleston County Parks and Recreation Commission says they’ll be hosting a Virtual Inclusive Dance Party for their first event of 2021.
Charleston County Parks says their goal is to create social and recreational opportunities for all members of the community during the COVID-19 pandemic.
They say this socially-distanced event is specifically intended for people with disabilities along with their families, friends, and caregivers.
The CCPRC says the event is free and will be held on Zoom from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday night.
They say attendees should make sure they have access to Zoom and webcam before the event.
Participants must also register in advance by clicking here.
Organizers say a Zoom link and simple instructions will be emailed out to registered participants.
Charleston County Parks previously hosted a Virtual Inclusive Dance Party in November of 2020.
