CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - Showers will taper off this afternoon and we’ll stay dry tonight but it will be cold with lows near 40 degrees. We’ll see lots of sunshine on Saturday before some clouds roll in on Sunday. We’ll stay cool with highs in the mid to upper 50′s this weekend. We’ll warm up by Monday with the potential for a stray shower. Temperatures soar into the low 70s on Monday and Tuesday ahead of a storm system which will keep rain chances elevated for the middle/end of next week. Temperatures cool down next Wednesday and Thursday, into the 50s.
