Deputies ask for help to identify shoplifting suspect

BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) - The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s help to identify a suspect in a shoplifting incident.

Deputies say the suspect entered Sunhouse Petroleum at about 4:45 p.m. Sunday.

That’s located at 3448 Trask Parkway in Beaufort near Highway Twentyone Seafood.

Reports say the suspect shoplifted cigarettes, left without paying, and entered the passenger side of a blue truck with a ladder rack on the bed of the truck.

They ask that you reference Case 21S015861.
