COLLETON COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) - One person is dead and another injured after a car crash in Colleton County on Friday night.
The Highway Patrol said it happened at 6 p.m. on SC-64 where a 2004 Toyota Avalon ran off the road and struck a tree.
The driver was killed in the incident, while the passenger was transported to the hospital.
Sgt. Sonny Collins said the driver was wearing a seatbelt.
