CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - The City of Charleston has partially lifted its ordinance on face coverings by now recommending people wear masks outside.

Masks are still required inside buildings in city limits, however there will be no fine for violators.

Councilmembers voted 10-3 Tuesday night on the issue.
