Amber Alert: 3-year-old girl from North Carolina found safe in Texas; mother arrested

MINT HILL, N.C. (WBTV/Gray News) - A 3-year-old North Carolina girl who was the subject of an Amber Alert was found safe Friday in Texas, and her mother was arrested, according to U.S. Marshals.
The alert was issued after the child was reported missing and endangered Thursday night.
Marshals said Kelsi Lyn Hochstetler, 30, was taken into custody in Texas.
