FIRST ALERT: Two-vehicle crash closes lanes of Hwy 17

CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) - First responders are on scene of a crash on Highway 17 in the McClellanville area.
The Awendaw-McClellanville Fire District says the crash happened in front of the Citgo Fuel Station on Highway 17. Officials say one southbound lane is open.
