Judge denies bond for men charged in Colleton Co. triple homicide
Reward being offered for information leading to arrest of third suspect
CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - The Colleton County Sheriff’s Office has made a new arrest in last month’s triple homicide that claimed the life of three, including a 2-year-old girl.
Justin Dupont, 23, of Walterboro, has been charged with three counts of murder.
Deputies announced the arrest of Jameek Glover on June 5. He was originally charged with accessory after the fact of murder. His charges have now been upgraded to three counts of murder.

Dupont and Glover both appeared at the bond hearing Wednesday afternoon where a judge denied their bond.
The two men remain at the Colleton County Detention Center until the general session on Aug. 9.
The courtroom was filled with emotions from not only the family seeking justice but also the mothers of the suspects, who sat behind their sons during the judge’s ruling.
The charges stem from an early-morning shooting on May 18, just after 3:30 a.m. Authorities were called to the 100 block of Hayden Street following reports of three deceased victims.

Those victims were identified as Harvell Breland, 49, Alisha Gardner, 43 and 2-year-old Asiyra Cole. They were found shot to death in what deputies are calling a targeted attack.

Heartbroken great-grandfather to Cole, Bill Ballard, said he carries around the last outfit she wore before she was “brutally murdered in a cowardly act.”
“They could’ve seen the baby and said ‘Hey let’s do this another day,’” Ballard said. “They didn’t have to kill three unarmed people. Wannabe gangsters, the drugs, the crime, that stuff has got to stop.”
Ballard said Cole was such a bright light in their family.
“She loved to sing and play,” Ballard said. “We would have tea parties and do makeup, we played anything she wanted. Not just me, but anybody in the family. If she wanted something, I gave it to her. We spoiled her.”
Following the murders, detectives released an image of a vehicle of interest in the homicide, which was found and identified as belonging to Glover, leading to his original charges.

Deputies say they are still looking for a third suspect in these killings and that they are working diligently to bring them to justice.
The Colleton County Sheriff’s Office shared information on a reward that’s being offered by the Pak Family Foundation, on behalf of Cole’s grandparents.

A reward of $20,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of a third suspect in the triple homicide.
Anyone with information on the shootings is asked to submit a tip to the Colleton County Sheriff’s Office, here.
