DHEC has released new data on the number of coronavirus cases confirmed in nursing homes around the state. The latest figures show Bayview Manor in Beaufort, which had the most cases last Friday, now trending downward.
In the last 30 days there have been nearly 1,500 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in nursing homes across the state. That number includes people living at the homes and the staff working there. There has also been 154 deaths.
