CHARLESTON COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - The Charleston County Sheriff's Office dive team was searching for a gun used in a weekend murder on Friday.

The search was taking place at the Peter Miller Bridge at the Stono River on Yonges Island. Early Saturday morning, police were called to a large party on Ethel Post Office Road on the way there, they were notified that there had been a shooting.

The coroner's office says Trevor Wiggins from Hollywood died from a gun shot wound. Deputies say 17-year-old Costello Milligan turned himself in hours later. He's been charged with murder and was denied bond.
