NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Officials with the North Charleston Police Department say two men went to a store to buy ingredients for meth but came up empty handed after one of them left the store with the money.

According to police, one of the men went into the Walgreens on Rivers Avenue to buy the items, but later left the area with the money that he was given by the other suspect.

Police are continuing the investigation.
