GOOSE CREEK, SC (WCSC) - Investigators with the Goose Creek Police Department are continuing their search for two people who broke into a home and attacked a woman then tied her up.

The incident happened at a home on Hallmark Drive at 9 p.m. on April 6. Police responded to the home in reference to a home invasion and armed robbery.

According to investigators, a man and woman, armed with guns, broke into the victim's home.

A police report states that the victim and her roommate had just come home from work when there was a knock at the door. One of the victims asked who it was and the female suspect gave a name.

The victim said she did not know the suspect and thought they had the wrong address. Police say when the victim unlocked the door, the suspects rushed into the home. According to authorities, one of the victims was physically assaulted. The victim says she and her roommate were then tied up.

The suspects searched through the home, took items and left the home. Investigators say they were able to locate surveillance video of the male suspect from a Family Dollar Store on Red Bank Road.

The male suspect is described as a black male, between 35 and 40 years old, 180 pounds, 5'8", wearing a white T-shirt and blue denim trousers. Police describe the female suspect as a black female, 30 to 35 years old, 130 pounds, 5'5", wearing a pink jump suit and a short blonde weave hair style.
