NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Police say a 17-year-old girl received a lewd call from a man after the victim gave her number to a woman who claimed to be part of a sorority.
On Monday, the victim called police and said she and a friend were at Northwoods Mall when she was approached by a woman. The woman told the victim she wanted her to be part of her sorority and would have to do certain things in order to be in it.
According to the victim, the woman had a tattoo of her name, Aisha, on her right arm and claimed to be a junior at CSU.
The suspect said she needed the victim's number so that the president of the sorority in Columbia could call her. The victim said she then received a call from a man asking if she had what it would take to be a part of the club.
She said yes on multiple occasions throughout the conversation until the suspect started making inappropriate comments and asking her to send him pictures of her naked.
The victim then called the police and notified CSU.
