WEST ASHLEY, SC (WCSC) - The Charleston Police Department is on the lookout for two men who were caught on tape breaking into a West Ashley restaurant early Wednesday morning.

The burglary happened at Parson Jack's Cafe on 3417 G Shelby Ray Court around 4:40 a.m.

Owner Steve Morgan says that the two men broke front glass door and entered the restaurant. Morgan said the men then made off with a hefty safe, "about 400 to 300 pounds," and took off in a gold colored car, which was also caught on tape.

"I feel a little violated," Morgan said. "Five and a half years, almost six years we've been open, never had a problem at all."

Video also shows that the two men attempted to break into a surveillance storage system before leaving.

Investigators say one of the suspects appeared to be a tall slender male wearing a blue hoodie with a white mask covering his face, blue long plants and white gloves. The second suspect seen on video was of a shorter male wearing black pants, black shirt,  white mask and wearing gloves.
