Marshals capture Live 5 Most Wanted suspect during traffic stop

DORCHESTER COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - A Live 5 News Most Wanted suspect who aired last Thursday was captured by US Marshals on Tuesday evening.

US Marshals apprehended Larry Perry during a traffic stop. Perry, 49, was wanted by state probation and parole agents for a probation violation.

He is being held in the Dorchester County Detention Center.

"His original charge was intimidation of a witness and criminal sexual conduct in the third degree," said Agent Micky Talley.

A judge sentenced Perry to five years in prison and five years probation.

Talley said Perry was not consistent with it came to reporting to his probation officer. He was supposed to come to court on August 14 for using drugs while on probation, but didn't show up.
