CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Investigators have arrested a 20-year-old man suspected of shooting a shotgun at a home in downtown.

The Charleston Police Department arrested Jackson Glenn Hollis on Wednesday and charged him with discharging a firearm in the city.

Police officers responded to a home on Alexander Street Saturday morning in reference to shots fired in the area.

The victim said he saw an unknown vehicle drive by his home and shoot two rounds towards his home.

Officers say one round hit the home's front door, while the second round hit near the door.

Authorities say there were no injuries.
