West Ashley man accused of sexually assaulting woman in tent

WEST ASHLEY, SC (WCSC) - Bond was set at $100,000 for a 34-year-old man accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a tent in West Ashley.

The Charleston Police Department charged Seth Henry Reynolds of West Ashley with third-degree criminal sexual conduct and assault with intent to commit second-degree criminal sexual conduct.

The 21-year-old victim said she had been sexually assaulted by Reynolds last Friday morning.  The victim and her friend arrived at the Charleston Police Department around 9 a.m. to report the incident.

According to the victim the incident happened at a tent in her friend's backyard on Clayton Drive.

As of Monday, Reynolds remained behind bars at the Charleston County Detention Center.
