GOOSE CREEK, SC (WCSC) - The Berkeley County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a man was shot and dozens of gunshots were fired outside of Club Pluto in Goose Creek early Tuesday.

When our photojournalist arrived at the scene, saw dozens of shell casings in the parking lot of the club on Red Bank Road.  Crime tape was set up around the parking lot.

The shooting happened around 3 a.m.  Berkeley County Sheriff's Captain Rick Ollic said a short time later, a male victim showed up at the hospital suffering from a gunshot wound.

It's not the first incident of violence surrounding the club.

In January, deputies said a car full of people were leaving Club Pluto when they were involved in a shooting at the intersection of Red Bank and Howe Hall roads.

Last October, a driver who deputies also said was leaving the club, was involved in a shooting on NAD Road.
