Suspects sought in Andrews armed robbery

ANDREWS, SC (WCSC) - Georgetown County deputies are searching for two suspects who forced their way into a home and robbed four people at gunpoint.

According to a release, the suspects knocked on the door of a home on Gator Lane in the Andrews Community on Sunday, May 26 around 10 p.m.

Deputies say the suspects then forced their way inside and ordered four people in the home to get on the floor. When one victim did not get on the floor, one of the suspects fired a shot into the wall.

After the suspects took the victims' wallets, they hopped into a black older model Ford F150 and fled the scene, the release states.

No one was injured during the armed robbery.

The first suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5'07" and 160 pounds. The second suspects is a white female, approximately 5'06" and 120 pounds.
