CHARLESTON COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - A 14-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by two men at a dog park off Clements Ferry Road on Tuesday night, police say.

According to Charleston Police Corporal Fred Bowie, the incident happened around 9:30 p.m. outside the Palmetto Place Condominiums on Jack Primus Road.

The victim told police she walked out of her home to grab her earphones from a vehicle in the parking lot when she was confronted by two men, who grabbed her and pulled her into the dog park area before sexually assaulting her.

The two suspects, described as black males of average build appearing to be in their 20s or 30s, were seen running "further down Jack Primus Road," according to Bowie.  The teen said one of the men who attacked her was slightly shorter and thinner than the other.
