ORANGEBURG, SC (WCSC) - A 45-year-old man was caught with a car full of drugs, guns and cash in Eutawville after authorities spotted his vehicle parked in the middle of a road, deputies say.
Wade Carson Harmon Jr. of Vance, South Carolina was arrest Monday and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, and blocking the roadway.
According to a release from the Orangeburg County Sheriff's Department, Harmon's car was seen parked in the middle of Monks Corner Road in Eutawville around 3:32 p.m. Monday. Harmon was acting nervous so deputies searched the vehicle.
Deputies say they found a bag of marijuana, two bags of methamphetamine, a 12 gauge shotgun, a bolt action .22 rifle, a loaded .45 pistol, and $1,334 in cash. Deputies also uncovered items used to make meth, including 619 pseudoephedrine pills.
Harmon was arrested and taken to the Orangeburg-Calhoun Detention Center. He will have a bond hearing Tuesday.
