CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - The Charleston Police Department says authorities arrested an employee of the King Street Grocery on Monday for an armed robbery of the store which happened last month.

On June 5, the police say the King Street Grocery was robbed by two armed men.

According to police, store employee, Antwan Dominique Bowman, intentionally provided false information to investigators about the robbery and withheld information.

Bowman, 24, was charged with armed robbery and obstruction of justice, and is being held in the Al Cannon Detention Center.

Police say Bowman was terminated from the job when his involvement in the robbery was revealed.

Chris Jamal Rickenbacker, 25, also identified by police as a suspect, was arrested on July 3 and charged with armed robbery.

The police say that they are working on identifying the third suspect in this ongoing investigation.
