2 charged, 1 sought after deputies find cocaine, stolen gun at Goose Creek home

GOOSE CREEK, SC (WCSC) - The Berkeley County Sheriff's Office has arrested two people and are looking for another after investigators found drugs and a stolen gun at a home in Goose Creek.

Authorities charged 22-year-old Geno Curtis White, 19-year-old Xandrea Jacquisha Coardes and 23-year-old Carl Demone Nelson with trafficking cocaine and distribution of a controlled substance within 1/2 mile of a school.

Deputies are still looking for 23-year-old Carl Demone Nelson.  He is wanted on the same charges.

On Tuesday, investigators say deputies were conducting a search warrant at a home on Bearclaw Drive when authorities located 43 grams of cocaine and a stolen gun.

An incident report states another handgun was also found on the property.

White was also charged with possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime and felon in possession of a firearm.
