Baptist Hill 37  Burke 0 - The Bobcats (3-0) got 266 yards passing and 5 total TD's from Troy Harrison to get the victory over the Bulldogs (0-2). Harrison threw 3 TD passes, 2 to De'Angelo Frasier and one more to Dominique Bryant, and rushed for 2 more in the victory. Rashad Holmes added the other score for Baptist Hill on the ground.



Hanahan 35, Bishop England 0 (Live 5 Game of the Week) - The Hawks (3-0) pitched their second straight shutout this season and beat the Battling Bishops (0-2) for the 15th time in 16 years.  Quan Wade ran for three touchdowns in the first half, and Hanahan scored two defensive touchdowns in the second half (Marlon Washington and Dominique Lucas both on fumble recoveries) to complete the victory.

Fort Dorchester 35, Cane Bay 14 - Matt Murray had an impressive 40-yard touchdown run in the 2nd quarter to help the Patriots go to 2-0.  The Cobras fall to 0-2.

Goose Creek 77, Colleton County 30 - The Gators (2-0) used 164 yards and four touchdown from Caleb Kinlaw to dominate the Cougars (0-2).  Tyreke Johnson added 108 yards and three touchdowns for Goose Creek, and Evan McField had 96 yards on the ground and a touchdown. Colleton County has now lost 36 in a row.  

Stratford 42, Sumter 28 - Jacob Park threw for 334 yards and three touchdown to help the Knights (2-0) win on the road.  Jordan Johnson scored touchdowns in the win (six catches for 97 yards).

Wando 45, Ashley Ridge 26 - Kenny Waring ran wild on the Swamp Foxes' (0-2) defense, picking up 236 yards and three touchdowns on the ground.  Wando is now 2-1.

Summerville 43, Berkeley 20 - Darrin Smalls returned a punt for touchdown for the second week in a row, and the Green Wave (2-0) won their eighth in a row over the Stags (0-2).

West Ashley 23, James Island 17 - Tyler Pentz booted a 48-yard FG to help the Wildcats (2-0) pass their win total from last season.  The Trojans are 1-2.

Beaufort 21  Aiken 0 - The Eagles move to 2-0 on the season.

Timberland 37,  Cross 0 - The Wolves (2-1) beat the Trojans (1-2) for the fourth year in a row since the series resumed in 2010.

Garrett 12, Stall 10 - The Falcons (2-0) got 78 yards and two touchdowns on 14 carries from Derrell Roberts.  The Warriors are now 0-2.

Woodland 36,  Bamberg-Ehrhardt 27 - The Wolverines (2-0) take their home opener.

Carvers Bay 40,  St. John's 0 - The Islanders fall to 1-2 on the season.

Military Magnet 40, Academic Magnet 13 - The Eagles (2-1) take the Magnet Bowl; the Raptors are 1-1.

Palmetto Christian 78,  Lincoln 46 - J.T. Waters went wild on the Yellow Jackets (0-3), running for 268 yards and five touchdowns on nine carries; he also threw for 160 yards and two touchdowns.  Lincoln has now lost 48 games in a row, which ties the longest losing streak in state history (modern era).  The Eagles are 2-1.


Porter Gaud 16, Heathwood Hall 13 - The Cyclones (2-1) got a field goal from Trey Lowe with 10 seconds left to win on the road.

Wilson Hall 60,  Pinewood Prep 7 - The Panthers (0-2) struggle on the road.

Northwood Academy 19,  Colleton Prep 10 - The Chargers (2-0) rallied from a 10-0 deficit in the third quarter to win.  The War Hawks fall to 1-2.

Williamsburg Academy 27, Dorchester Academy 15 - The Raiders are 0-2.
