Duo wanted for Georgetown, Horry Co. home invasions

GEORGETOWN COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - Investigators are on the lookout for two suspects wanted for a home invasion in Georgetown County and another in Horry County.
The Georgetown County Sheriff's Office says on Friday at 3 p.m., two suspects entered a home on Huntington Marsh Road through an unlocked door. When the victim went to investigate, they saw two suspects armed with guns.
The suspects then demanded money and jewelry from the victim, then took off on foot. A bloodhound team searched the area, but did not locate the suspects.
An incident report states as deputies were canvassing the area for the suspects, residents said the suspects approached a second home on the same road, but left after realizing someone was home.
According to the sheriff's office, the Horry County Police Department are also investigating a home invasion off of Highway 17 Bypass in Garden City. The sheriff's office says the incident involved two suspects matching the description of the two involved in the Georgetown County home invasion.
The first suspect is described as a black male, 5'10" and wearing a dark baseball cap. The second suspect is described as a black male, 6'2" and wearing a yellow and green traffic vest.
Authorities describe both suspects as thin in weight. Additionally investigators say the suspects' vehicle is believed to be a 2013 White Chevy Tahoe with a Georgia license plate PHR-2671.
The sheriff's office is advising the public not to approach the vehicle or suspects if seen. The suspects are considered armed and dangerous.
Officials with the GCSO are asking the public to call 911 if the vehicle or suspects are seen.
