BEAUFORT COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - Four teenagers are behind bars accused of punching and kicking a 57-year-old man before robbing him in Beaufort County.

The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office arrested 16-year-old Geoni Najee Clark Wednesday afternoon. Clark has been charged as an adult with armed robbery and first-degree assault and battery by mob.

Two 15-year-old males and a 14-year-old male were also arrested and transported to the Department of Juvenile Justice in Columbia.

On the night of Sept. 27, a 57-year-old man was walking home at Seabrook Mobile Home Park when authorities say the suspects, one of whom was armed with a gun, approached him.

The suspects demanded money, but when the victim told them he did not have any, the suspects punched him in the face, knocking him to the ground, according to an incident report.

Authorities say the suspects continued to punch and kick the victim several times before taking his debit card and cigarette lighters. The suspects then took off.
