Report: Robbery suspect runs after store clerk flashes gun

BEAUFORT COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - Authorities are on the lookout for a man who attempted to rob a Beaufort County convenience store Wednesday night, but was thwarted when the store clerk pulled out a weapon of their own.

According to a release, a male suspect armed with a knife attempted to rob the Callawassie General Store on Callawassie Drive around 10:40 p.m.
