Fire destroys 2 structures, vehicle in North Charleston

NORTH CHARLESTON (WCSC) - Authorities say a fire in North Charleston destroyed two structures and a vehicle on Sunday.

Officials with the North Charleston Fire Department say crews responded to 2245 Dover Street for a house fire at 11:37 p.m.

When crews arrived they found a structure fully involved in fire.

Emergency crews from NCFD with the assistance of the City of Charleston and St. Andrews fire departments were able to extinguish the fire. An NCFD report states that two structures and a vehicle were involved in the fire.

The Red Cross is providing assistance to the homeowner. The fire is being investigated.
