CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - A lawsuit against Citadel officials involving serial child molester Louis "Skip" ReVille has been dismissed.
Citadel President John Rosa and the school's general counsel Mark Bradenburg were named in that suit.
The lawsuit was filed by parents of a boy who was abused by ReVille. They say Rosa and Bradenburg ignored a 2007 complaint about ReVille and sexually inappropriate behavior with children at the The Citadel's summer camp.
The parents say the school's actions allowed ReVille to continue molesting other children and their son.
The lawsuit was dismissed by a federal judge.
