Mt. Pleasant police investigating after body found underneath Ravenel bridge

MOUNT PLEASANT, SC (WCSC) - The Mount Pleasant Police Department is investigating after a woman's body was found underneath the Ravenel bridge this past weekend.
Authorities say no foul play is suspected and authorities are looking into the circumstances surrounding the death.
The coroner's office says the body was identified as 40-year-old Shannon Hall of Hanahan.
On Sunday around 6:53 a.m., officers responded to Remley's Point boat landing for a body located underneath the Arthur Ravenel Bridge.
The Mount Pleasant Fire Department retrieved the body.
