Suspects sought for stealing shelf from Mt. Pleasant restaurant

MOUNT PLEASANT, SC (WCSC) - Authorities say they are searching for two suspects who were caught on surveillance cameras stealing a shelf from a Mount Pleasant restaurant.
The Mount Pleasant Police Department says the incident happened at the Water Dog Grill on Anna Knapp Boulevard on Aug. 11.
On Aug. 13, a police officer responded to the restaurant for a reported theft. The owner said he noticed an aluminum storage rack was stolen from behind his business.
Surveillance video showed one of the suspects picking up an aluminum rack and leaving with it, while the other suspect looked through other items.
Police say the video showed the two men looking through things outside the business between 12:23 a.m. and 12:30 a.m.
Authorities describe the suspect who took the rack as a white male, 25 to 35 years old, wearing blue jeans, a black short sleeve shirt, a black baseball cap and black framed eye glasses.
The second suspect is described as a white male between 25 and 35 years old, blonde hair, short beard and wearing a dark short sleeve shirt and blue jeans.
