NORTH CHARLESTON (WCSC) - Some of South Carolina's biggest employers came together Wednesday afternoon for a job fair.
Twenty-six companies, ranging from Santee Cooper to Starbucks, set up tables and invited job seekers.
ECPI University hosted the inaugural SC Lowcountry career fair at The DoubleTree Hotel in North Charleston from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m., with the first hour only open to veterans and military members.
All proceeds from employer registration will benefit local veterans' initiatives.
The event was free for job seekers.
