ORANGEBURG, SC (WCSC) - Orangeburg deputies say two registered sex offenders are wanted for failing to register at the sheriff's office as required by law.

Nathaniel Brown, 43, and Charles Brown, Jr., 34, both failed to register information on their residence, employment and provide information on persons who can verify both in May and June, according to Orangeburg Sheriff Leroy Ravenell.

"Officers have been looking for these two for months but they keep moving from house to house making it difficult to locate them,” Ravenell said.

According to a release from the sheriff's office, Nathaniel Brown was required to register in person in May and was given an extension until June 11, but he failed to register. Charles Brown was required to register in June, but failed to do so, the release states.

Anyone with information on the location of either man should call the Orangeburg Sheriff's Investigations division at (803) 534-3550 or CrimeStoppers at (888) CRIME-SC.
