NORTH CHARLESTON (WCSC) - North Charleston Police are investigating a shooting that left one man wounded in the leg.
Police responded to a report of a shooting on the 3000-block of North Carolina Avenue in reference to a report of a shooting, according to police spokesman Spencer Pryor.
Officers found the victim in the living room of the home with one gunshot wound to the leg, Pryor said.
Police say the victim was uncooperative about the incident. Police believe the victim and a friend were outside of the apartment when the shooting occurred, but there is no information on a possible suspect or what led to the shooting, Pryor said.
The victim was transported and treated for his wound.
Police are investigating.
