HOLLYWOOD, SC (WCSC) - Charleston County deputies have arrested a suspect accused of shooting a man during an argument in Hollywood Monday morning.

Glenn Talley Jr., 24, has been charged with first degree assault and battery.

Deputies were called to St. Paul's Fire Department, located at 6488 Hwy. 162, around 9:51 a.m. after a man arrived with a gunshot wound to his left arm.

The victim told deputies he was shot in the front yard of a home in the 8100 block of Willtown Road on Yonges Island. He then went to St. Paul's Fire Department for assistance.

According to an affidavit, Talley pulled a 9mm pistol on the victim during a verbal argument, and fired one round into the victim's arm.

Officials say the victim was transported to MUSC with a non-life threatening injury.

Talley is being held at the Charleston County Detention Center.
