CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Patients at MUSC got a special treat on Thursday.

Members of the Singrays hockey team stopped by the hospital to play with the kids and bring them some presents.

The team donated video games, consoles, board games and other art supplies to the kids who are having to spend this holiday in the hospital.

Don't forget the annual Stingrays Teddy Bear Toss is this Saturday as they take on the Greenville Road Warriors.

Fans are encouraged to bring a new or very gently used stuffed animal and toss it onto the ice after the Stingrays score their first goal.

All of the animals are donated to the Salvation Army Angel Tree, and will be given to kids in need this holiday.
