Final repairs to Bees Ferry Road set for February
CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Finishing touches and repairs will be made along Bees Ferry Road throughout the month of February, resulting in intermittent lane closures.
Charleston County Government announced Tuesday crews will be repairing items identified during the final inspection of the Bees Ferry Widening Project, including repairs to sections of cracked sidewalk, cracked curbs and gutters, leaking drainage structures, and asphalt work around utility manholes.
Crews will be working between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., during which times the public can expect intermittent lane, sidewalk, and multi-use path closures in isolated areas.
Officials say at least one lane in each direction will be open at all times.
